Honors College Panel

12 10 2009

On Tuesday the 13th, Pride Alliance members are invited to participate in a program in Whitmyre Hall to raise awareness about GLBT issues in the Honors College. We need about 5-6 panelists to speak and answer formal questions, but others are welcome to participate by handing out information and taking to students one-on-one. We will meet at 8:15 in the front lobby of Whitmyre. Use the door right across from the HUB. Hope to see you there!

Punxy OUTreach

NOTE: This Event has been postponed. Please continue to contact Johnathan if you are interested in attending or organizing.

Date: TBA

Dance from 5-8pm
Vans leave Indiana at 3:45pm.

Pride is teaming up with the NAACP-IUP Chapter, LASO, and several other student organizations to head over to Punxsutawney campus for a fun evening of dancing and socializing. Punxsutawney folks pay many of the same fees that everyone one else at IUP does, but they do not benefit from the same facilities, access to funding or access to student organizations that Indiana Main campus does. So here’s our chance to reach out and show them our support. Hopefully, with diligent organization, this can become a more regular collaboration.

If you would like to join on behalf of Pride Alliance, or would like more information, please contact Jonathan Ferguson   j.ferguson@iup.edu .
